Welcome to Pilates 4 Posture.

For me the beauty of Pilates is that it is accessible to everyone – you do not need to have ever exercised before. Pilates can help you move correctly every day resulting in better posture (and therefore improved appearance!) and a reduction in aches and pains.

I truly believe that everyone can benefit from doing Pilates exercises.

Personally, I have found that Pilates has completely changed my posture – I was previously a swayback and had a pronounced lower back curve. My old posture now only reappears when I am very tired!

I find that the principles used in Pilates help me with other classes (whether teaching or participating) and also with weight-training and running.
